Information we process
The information processed depends on your account, your organization, and the features it enables. It may include:
- Account, profile, organization, and contact information.
- Assigned work, schedules, checklists, notes, messages, signatures, service history, and quality records.
- Approximate or precise location used for authorized check-in, check-out, mileage, route, safety, and service-verification features.
- Photos, videos, files, and other service evidence that you choose to capture or upload.
- Device, security, diagnostic, synchronization, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Billing and transaction records for users authorized to manage a business account. Mobile workers do not purchase software through the mobile app.
Camera, photos, location, microphone, and notifications
Dansiox requests camera or photo access only when you choose to attach service evidence. Location is requested when you use a feature that needs it, such as proof of arrival, check-in, check-out, mileage, or an authorized route. Microphone access is requested only after you choose voice input. Notifications are used for assigned work and operational alerts when enabled.
You can deny or later change these permissions in your device settings, although the related feature may not work. Explicit store-review test accounts may operate without GPS and display a notice when that exception applies.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide and synchronize requested features; assign, document, and verify services; support safety and operational workflows; communicate with users; generate authorized reports; maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Dansiox; meet contractual and legal obligations; and prevent fraud, misuse, or abuse.
Who can receive information
Information may be available to the organization that creates or manages your Dansiox account, according to its roles and permissions. We may also use service providers that host infrastructure, store files, deliver communications, support mapping or location functions, process authorized payments, monitor reliability, or otherwise help operate Dansiox.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Dansiox does not sell personal information and does not use mobile-app data for third-party advertising.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, customer agreements, backup and security needs, and applicable accounting, employment, payroll, safety, tax, transaction, audit, or legal requirements. Retention varies by record and by the organization controlling the account.
Dansiox uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, role and company separation, permission controls, and secured communications. No system can guarantee absolute security.
